Capitals without leaving home — shift with the opposite pinky.

The rule has no exceptions: a left-hand letter takes the right Shift, a right-hand letter takes the left Shift. Capital F is left index plus right pinky; capital J is right index plus left pinky. One hand never has to hold Shift and reach for the letter at the same time.
