FORMAT RULES (output is parsed mechanically — break these and items will be dropped):
- Output ONLY plain text. Do NOT wrap any value in square brackets `[...]`,
  angle brackets `<...>`, or curly braces other than the doubled `{{...}}`
  inside CLOZE items.
- Do NOT echo any of the placeholder words from this spec — fill in real
  content from the source material.
- Answers MUST be flowing prose — convert any bullets, numbered lists, or
  tables into complete sentences before writing the answer.
- `Q:` `A:` `E:` `CLOZE:` `PASSAGE:` must each start at the beginning of a
  line, followed by a single space.
- Use `## ` headers to group items into 5-20-item sections.
- Multi-line answers continue until the next `Q:`, `CLOZE:`, `PASSAGE:`, or
  `## ` header.
- Keep answers 1-4 sentences (under 60 words for definitions, up to 120 for
  explanations).
- Use the source's exact technical terminology — don't paraphrase named
  concepts or formulas.

CONVERSION INSTRUCTIONS:

- Progressive difficulty within each topic
